Grandma and Grandpa K!

Logan had a great time today playing with Grandma and Grandpa K! He was so excited to see them when he woke up from his morning nap. We went to Burke Lake Park and had a great time.

It was a busy place today because the weather was gorgeous, finally not too hot and humid. We found a parking place and made our way in!

We got tickets for the train and carosel.  Logan was very unsure about the whole event. There were tons of people, lots of noise,  strange new rides, and SO much to look at – we didn’t get any smiles out of him, but we still managed to take a bunch of pictures!

The train line was pretty long, so we decided to go on the carosel first…Logan was really unsure about it. Just he and I went and daddy took pictures while Grandma and Grandpa watched us.  I was quite glad when it finally stopped, because I was getting pretty dizzy myself!

 

We tried to get a picture with Logan and grandma and grandpa, but he was way too interested in everything else going on!

We finally made it on the train and he was quite confused…missing his car seat I think!

Once we got home and he was back in familiar territory he was all smiles again!

We had a great time with Grandma and Grandpa K! Logan also LOVED seeing their dog, Missy. She was safely behind the gate and Logan just wanted to look at her and smile and laugh all day. We can’t wait to see them again soon!
